It got cold and then dark so suddenly and rained

Anna has the ability to control frost, ice and snow.  Sometimes this effects her physically, sometimes not.  She can seem much colder than the average person.  If you feel like your character would be overly affected by that, or if you want to play with her abilities, let me know here.  

She will not make it snow unless permission is granted by mods.
